Having previously held a number of operational and commercial roles in the food processing sector, Martyn joined Omsco in April 2022 as Chief Operating Officer. Having made significant progress in streamlining and refocusing our operations and developing stronger and more structured relationships with key customers and partners, we were pleased to appoint Martyn to CEO from April 2023.

With over 10 years’ experience in the organic sector and a natural devotion to the dairy industry born from her family’s dairy farm in Somerset, Sara took on the role of Head of Membership in 2021. As you would expect, you will find Sara working on the family farm at the weekends.

Lyndon Edwards
Lyndon EdwardsDeputy Chairman
Lyndon is a passionate organic dairyman, with a 750 acre farm on the Gloucestershire / Monmouthshire boarder. He now oversees the operation of his farm with his son Thomas. Lyndon holds a number of senior positions on industry groups, and has been awarded the ‘Dairy UK Award for outstanding achievement’ within the dairy industry.
Sarah Slade

Alongside Sarah’s devotion to her Pedigree Shorthorn herd in Devon, Sarah has over 25 years’ experience in rural land management; working with government and other organisations to improve legislation, policy and practice for the agricultural and countryside sectors.
Will Grey

Being a part of Omsco’s Membership Committee, Will Grey has a good comprehension of how Omsco operates, its strengths and weaknesses as he took over the Board Member position in 2023. He owns and runs a 180 cow dairy farm with his wife and parents and has been supplying milk to Omsco for 15 years!
John Pitts
John PittsBoard Member and Chair of the Membership Committee
John farms over 1,500 acres on the Chichester plain in West Sussex and at the top of the South Downs in Sussex. A forth generation tenant farmer to the Church of England. John also operates three green waste composting sites that provide peat free compost and the creation of various soils and soil conditioning products.
